All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. cuci12 may conduct identity verification checks using the information provided. Players who provide false, misleading, or incomplete information are in breach of these Terms and their Account may be suspended or closed without notice.
Each individual may register and maintain only one cuci12 Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts, whether directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. cuci12 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of cuci12 is legal in their jurisdiction. cuci12 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. Registration from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci12 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. cuci12 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
cuci12 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its regulatory obligations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other stage at cuci12's discretion. Failure to complete KYC requirements may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. cuci12 may apply an inactivity administration fee of MYR 10 per month to inactive Account balances after providing written notice to the registered email address. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
cuci12 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and USDT cryptocurrency. Available payment methods are subject to change at cuci12's discretion.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. cuci12 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. cuci12 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 2 hours of approval during standard operating conditions. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance. cuci12 does not apply fees to standard Malaysian payment method withdrawals.
All Account balances, wagers, and transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Player deposits in an alternative currency or via a method that involves currency conversion, the conversion rate applied will be the rate available at the time of transaction processing.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of cuci12 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if cuci12 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
cuci12's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
cuci12 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, be error-free, or be free from security vulnerabilities. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting cuci12 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
cuci12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or where required by regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed by cuci12 for a breach attributable to the Player, cuci12 may withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci12 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Player and cuci12, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through cuci12's internal complaints procedure. Players may contact the cuci12 support team to initiate the complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Players who are registered under cuci12's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing body's dispute resolution mechanism.
cuci12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the cuci12 platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the cuci12 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
